The Parking Lot Food Bank gives away food to over 400 Chico families twice a month! However, it's moving from 10am-Noon to 3pm-5pm on the 1st and 3rd Friday of each month. This allows our neighboring medical centers to have the parking spots they need to serve their patients. 

We could use extra help for the first two food distributions at this new time, as both those serving and those being served learn the new rhythm. Volunteers are needed from 2pm-5pm, but are appreciated for any segment of that time. Roles include: directing traffic, loading/unloading food boxes, and unpacking/arranging food boxes. The Parking Lot Food Bank is located in the parking lot of Faith Lutheran Church, 667 E. 1st Ave, Chico, CA.
