Are you into sewing? Masks? Sewing masks, even? The Pride Ministry needs as many colorful, rainbow, celebratory masks as we can get! Chico Pride Week kicks off with an interfaith service here at FLC on Wednesday, September 23rd at 7pm. The theme is "Visibility," and we want to make known different gender and sexual identities by providing masks sporting those colors (like what we did with our postcards and bracelets last year.) 

Here are different flags and colors for different identities. Create masks with any of these color combos! Other colorful designs are encouraged too, like fabric with rainbows on them, colorful animals, unicorns, hearts, anything you feel is appropriate.

The masks will be given freely away during worship and extra masks will be given away to the community. And if you need fabric but don't have the money, please call the office at (530) 895-3754 because the Pride Ministry would like to help. So please, send your masks in!
