Meal Train for Cathy Johnson

Cathy Johnson is here from out of town making sure both of her parents, Faye and Carl, get the best care possible which is more than a full time job! Faye has been in the hospital since January 19th, and was transferred to Vibra hospital in Redding on February 7th to receive specialized care. Carl is now out of Enloe Hospital and has been transfered to Marquis Shasta Post Acute Rehab. As a result, Cathy is driving up to Redding each day. She has requested a meal 2 times a week. Cathy likes salads, fresh cooked veggies, soups (chicken or turkey), chicken and rice, and does not care for beef or heavy tomato based stews. Thank you!
