Dear People of Faith, I am incredibly grateful that you are giving me the opportunity to take six weeks of paternity leave to connect with my daughter and begin learning what it means to be a father. I will be splitting these six weeks into two three-week segments. During my paternity leave, I will be setting aside all my pastoral responsibilities so that I can focus full-time on my paternal responsibilities. But there will be pastors to tend our flock! I am grateful to Bill Kees who will be providing pastoral care while I am away and presiding for three of the six Sundays. I am also grateful to long-time former pastor of Faith Lutheran, Carl Wilfrid, who will be leading worship for three Sundays. Below you can find the full-schedule for my paternity leave.
