Thanksgiving Pies for Esplanade House

The Social Ministry Team will be hosting the second annual “Give the Gift of Pie” event during the month of November. This year’s beneficiary will be the Esplanade House.  The Esplanade House has asked Faith Lutheran Church to provide a dessert – pumpkin or apple pie – for thirty (30) of the families living in their transitional housing units which they will deliver on November 24th.

If you would like to donate one or more pies, please contact Doug De Soto (530-354-1453 or ddesoto5@yahoo.com) prior to November 11th to confirm you will be donating. Pie donations may be dropped off at the Church office or kitchen the Sunday and Monday (November 20^th and 21^st) before Thanksgiving.
