The council and congregation of FLC met for the Annual Meeting on Sunday, June 28 at noon over Zoom.
Pastor Ben opened with prayer and then introduced a video recap of Faith Lutheran Church's works from July 2019-June 2020.
We voted to officially adopt our new mission statement: a community reflecting God's love with a place at the table for everyone.
All current council members will remain serving, however, we also welcomed Doug DeSoto, Penny Melvin, Bonnie Pulliam, and Matt Reed onto the council.
Joel Zimbelman and Tod Kimmelshue presented the Capital Campaign, an effort to raise money to address important repairs and renovations around campus. One such renovation is the replacement of our old A/V system.
Colter Murphy, Director of Youth and Service, put together his own Year in Review video for our youth and college kids.
Thank everybody for coming to the meeting and continuing to show love and support to our Faith family during the pandemic.
