Leanne Chrisman has been a member of Faith Lutheran Church since she married her husband, Mark, in the church in 1983. Their two adult children, Sandi Murphy and Matthew Chrisman were baptized at FLC and were subsequently confirmed in the church following completion of their confirmation classes. Leanne was born in Clinton, Iowa, lived in Overland Park Kansas, Beaverton, Oregon, and Hayward, CA before moving to Chico to attend CSUC. Her husband, Mark worked for over 35 years in the automotive repair business and he and Leanne owned an Employee Benefits Health Insurance agency which Leanne ran for 23 years before retiring in 2021. They are now enjoying retirement and their first grandchild, and recently bought a second home in Montana to be closer to him and their daughter and son-in-law.
