Music Practice for Kids

Do you have kids, grandkids, brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews, or friends with kids who are interested in learning the basics of music in a fun and interactice way? If so, we invite you to come to this free class for kids on Sundays after Faith Lutheran Church's worship service. Worship starts at 9:30 AM, so we recommend being prepared for class by 10:45 AM. 

Luke Nicolay (music director, master organist, accompanist, and college professor) will be leading this 15-20 minute class each Sunday immediately following worship. The intended age group is 2 years old to about 5th grade. During class, kids can explore a variety of different instruments, including the handchimes, Orff instruments, and more! They will also learn rudimentary music, like high vs. low pitches, and other valuable information of similar skill level.
