Holy Week at Faith Lutheran Church

Maundy Thursday, March 28th, 6pm: A poignant dinner party featuring communion and foot/hand washing to remember Jesus' mandate from the Last Supper to love one another.

This spring, we’ll be doing something different for Maundy Thursday. We want to invite you to a dinner party in which we will dine in the way that Jesus’ disciples did. To carry out our vision for this service, we are asking for the loan of table cloths, candle sticks, and dishes. We’d love to have you bring in items that were passed down by important women in your lives. We will be celebrating the meal in potluck style, and encourage you to bring a recipe that has been passed down over the years. Please RSVP with Dani by Mon. Mar. 25.

Good Friday, March 29th, 7pm: A solemn worship service to journey with Jesus to the cross through multisensory prayer stations.

Easter Egg Hunt, Sat. March 30th, 10am-11am at the Jesus Center Farm: You and your family are invited to Faith Lutheran's Easter egg hunt on Saturday, March 30^th at 10AM! This year's hunt will take place at the Jesus Center Farm at 2819 Hegan Lane, which is owned and operated by Elise Gladu and Mike Kruscke, members of church. The egg hunt is meant for toddlers through elementary schoolers. We’ll have a backup plan if it rains, so stay tuned. As this year's hunt is including lunch, we are in need of RSVPS with the number of family members (including adults) attending to prepare the appropriate amount of lunch. Please RSVP with Miss Dani no later than Monday, March 25^th.

Holy Saturday Prayer Stations, 1pm-5pm at FLC: An open time for individual contemplation at the prayer stations and labyrinth in the sanctuary; flowers can also be brought during this time.

Easter Sunday, March 31st, 9:30am: A joyous worship service celebrating Jesus’ victory over death. One of Faith Lutheran's most colorful and uplifting services of the year.
